Design and manufacturing of a seal takes up to 1-3 hours with the producing of a sketch.
Company seal for LLP, JSC, Branches/Representative offices of the foreign companies has to be round-shaped. It is legally valid and manufactured only through decision of the authorized person.
According to the Law “On Private Enterprise”, a sole proprietor has a right to use a seal in his/her business activities.
To manufacture a seal for a practitioner of medicine, a copy of a medical degree certificate shall be provided to us. Usually, a medical seal has a diameter of 25-30 mm.
Stamps: rectangular, oval, square, triangular, of various sizes, of self-inking and traditional type.
List of documents for a LLP seal:
- Certificate of state registration / Re-registration of legal entity;
- Identity card of the authorized person;
- Copy of a document defining the authority of the director (Decision of the sole proprietor or Minutes of the meeting of the founders, order of the director’s assumption of office);
- Power of attorney from LLP director to the attorney to represent the interests of the legal entity in ordering the seal making, with a copy of the attorney’s Identity card.
List of documents for a sole proprietor’s seal:
- Notification of the commencement of activities;
- Identity card of the sole proprietor;
- Notarized Power of attorney from the sole proprietor to the attorney to represent his/her interests in ordering the seal making, with a copy of the attorney’s Identity card.
List of documents for a medical seal:
- Identity card of the practitioner of medicine;
- Medical degree certificate;
- Certificate issued by the current place of employment;
- Notarized Power of Attorney from the practitioner of medicine to the attorney, with powers to order and obtain the seal and to sign financial and other documents;
- Identity card of the attorney.
